Returns

We love it when you love our products. In the rare event that you need to cancel or return your order, please read the following policies carefully.

 

Your order was created just for you! With on-demand production, everything is made to order. We do not warehouse products and each order is custom made just for you!

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect due or due to wrong size or change of mind, this will be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please send us an email to us.

When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. Therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

PRICING

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Errors in pricing may occur. If there are any differences between price at checkout and any change in pricing, you will be notified prior to being charged.

Each Discount is a separate item and can not be combined with other discounts
